From our introduction until the last signature was placed on the closing documents, Marlene was with me and my family through the entire process. Her professionalism, experience, and expertise were obvious from the very beginning. Advice was always presented with supporting data and she was never wrong in her assessments of the properties and values as we were narrowing narrowing our search. And most importantly, she made us feel like we were her most important client! I am certain all her clients feel the exact same way and that is the highest compliment I can give considering how busy I know she is. She always answered her phone no mater the time of day, and texts were always responded to immediately. Genuine, Attentive, understanding, and empathetic. These are the qualities my wife and I wanted in a realtor in search of our first home. Jude delivered in every way. With It being our first home and first experience buying a home we didn't want a song and dance or a character slinging pleasantries for a commission. Our main requirement was someone real. Jude was exactly that every step of the way and more. He gracefully listened to our needs. and frustrations at times with certain aspects of the process. On the day of closing he turned into a fighter for us. Due to a clerical error with the lender, closing almost got postponed which would have possibly cost us some logistical aggravations. He really went to bat that day for us texting, emailing, and calling all parties involved from the morning down to the wire and made it happen. We are grateful and happy homeowners of a beautiful home we fell in love with because of him. Thank you Jude from the bottom of our hearts.
