Genuine, Attentive, understanding, and empathetic. These are the qualities my wife and I wanted in a realtor in search of our first home. Jude delivered in every way. With It being our first home and first experience buying a home we didn't want a song and dance or a character slinging pleasantries for a commission. Our main requirement was someone real. Jude was exactly that every step of the way and more. He gracefully listened to our needs. and frustrations at times with certain aspects of the process. On the day of closing he turned into a fighter for us. Due to a clerical error with the lender, closing almost got postponed which would have possibly cost us some logistical aggravations. He really went to bat that day for us texting, emailing, and calling all parties involved from the morning down to the wire and made it happen. We are grateful and happy homeowners of a beautiful home we fell in love with because of him. Thank you Jude from the bottom of our hearts.
