We made enough to pay off the new house plus 8K. I know you went out of your way to help us on the old house. The bathroom, the roof, the electrical panels and the roof inspection plus more. From our introduction until the last signature was placed on the closing documents, Marlene was with me and my family through the entire process. Her professionalism, experience, and expertise were obvious from the very beginning. Advice was always presented with supporting data and she was never wrong in her assessments of the properties and values as we were narrowing narrowing our search.
