When unexpected, unreasonable presented difficulties just prior to closing, Eric went above and beyond with countless phone calls and emails to things out. My closing would not have happened without him. Eric advertised my house on the usual real estate sites as well as other places. He held an open house every weekend. My home sold in 2 1/2 weeks; in fact, we were so happy with his handling of the entire process, from beginning to end, that we used him again to sell my husband’s home.
