Eric and the rest of the Sun Realty team were absolutely wonderful! Someone was always available to answer our questions, and they walked us through each step of purchasing our first home. It made the entire experience much less daunting. They really made us feel like part of their family! We will definitely use the Sun Realty team again with our future real estate needs.
If I could give Eric 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Eric’s easy-going, friendly personality, research and knowledge lessened the stress of the listing process. He responded quickly to texts, emails and phone calls. I appreciated that he shared feedback from the other realtor after each showing. During the negotiation process, his expertise and advice were invaluable. When unexpected, unreasonable presented difficulties just prior to closing, Eric went above and beyond with countless phone calls and emails to things out. My closing would not have happened without him. Eric advertised my house on the usual real estate sites as well as other places. He held an open house every weekend. My home sold in 2 1/2 weeks; in fact, we were so happy with his handling of the entire process, from beginning to end, that we used him again to sell my husband’s home. I have already recommended him to friends, acquaintances and strangers and will continue to do so with enthusiasm at every opportunity.
