The choice of a Realtor in the buying/selling of a property is probably the most important step after embarking on the buy/sell transaction. After interviewing local realtors, Terry was our choice and we could not have been more delighted with her work, attitude, follow through and dedication. She worked closely with us every step of the way advising us on the local market and pricing and how to maximize the potential. In our case as the seller, she supported us through the steps using her network of local people such as photography, home and roof inspectors and organizing the title company, comparisons case and environmental studies. Leveraging her local contacts she was able to get the word out and run two very successful open houses over one weekend. As a result we had multiple offers and sold the property significantly above the asking price. We were deeply impressed by Terry and her results. Her caring and dedicated attitude were much in evidence as was her professional demeanor. She is to be highly recommended as a realtor, should we be in the market to buy or sell we would unhesitatingly choose Terry again.

Where to begin on a review for Terry... To start this wasn't our 1st purchase but it has been some time and much has changed. Thankfully we had Terry on our side to guide and navigate us through this time. She is welcoming and ready to work for you. You call and have interest in a property she is on it, getting info, and making appointments. Terry was always ready to help us see all our options so that we felt confident in our final decision (and believe we went in circles but she stuck by us and assured us it was ok!). All in all Terry is not only a great realtor but an awesome person who really loves what she does!

I have little faith in the real estate agents. Terry is the exception to the rules she's smart, hard worker, knows her business better than anyone I know. She will work around your budget and needs. I have bought homes and I have sold homes with Terry's assistance. She even put money from her own commissions to work the deal to my 100% satisfaction. I have known Terry for over 30 years I sent her my friends when they are in the market to sell, buy or both. She always made my friends and family members feel special. After 2 years of trying to purchase a home with another realtor my husband and I were just about to give up, until one day we stumbled across Terry's buisness while waiting for our car TV's to be installed. After meeting with Terryall hope had been restored. She got the ball rolling immediately and found our dream home in less than a month. Terry is an absolute professional! She is outstanding at what she does and is on top of things. Terry is an excellent negotiator and has helped us tremendously. Terry was crucial in helping us buy our first place, she handled everything all I had to do is give her whatever information she needed. After 2 years we decided to sell our place and buy another house, again Terry was instrumental in the process. Terry was able to sell our house promptly (above asking price I might add) and secured our next purchase. She negotiated very tough on our behalf and we are extremely satisfied with the work and effort Terry has put forth not to just get us a house but also to always has our best interests in mind. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and she always kept me up-to-date with the ongoing negotiations, explaining everything that was going on , as well as outlining the process ahead so I would know what to expect. The best comment I can give Terry is when we sold our house the first buyer fell through due to some issues that they had (no fault to seller) and the entire time that we had to deal with the buyers agent, who was completely disorganized and not very knowledgeable, I felt lucky and happy to have Terry on my side.
