Alex is very professional and a pleasure to work with, I swear he knows everybody in the real estate industry and is truly amazing. He had a friend that helped my wife and I improve our credit score 60+ points in a very short amount of time. Alex blessed us up with a lender that was very easy to work with and took care of us by finding the best interest rate and product with minimal cost/fees which was very important to my wife and I. Alex walked through our new home with my wife and I to make sure we were getting a great deal and listed all the things he thought needed attention / repairs. Alex having connections everywhere and knowing everybody set up the home inspection and had the pool / electrical / Plumbing / HVAC inspected as well which resulted in a whopping $15,000 seller credit to my family and I. Alex made the whole process seamless, we truly felt like we were being treated like family. She went above and beyond her call of duty to facilitate the sale of my house. So when it was time to buy a new house, I had her help me out as well. There were complications in between during the processing of the 2 transactions but she made it happen with her excellent negotiation skills. I found Terry Jarrouche (Success Realty) out of a few other realtors, and then there was Terry. You know when you get a feeling in your gut! This is it, she's the one, I need. Other realtors offered their services, but I was set on Terry, she was focused on the goal from day one. Terry and her husband Jack and son Alex and I want to mention Terry's crew of office specialists, landscapers, and skilled repairers, photographers, Olivia pool service, you are a powerful team! Awesomeness, they get it done! They let me work while they took care of the sale and upkeep of the house, very much appreciated, allowing me, to relish in my peace of mind because it was difficult enough selling our family home. Terry and Jack and the crew gave me peace of mind, that they would take care of the house. Trust is a huge thing for everybody, even though the market, had changed Terry and her crew were confident they could get the job done! and I love that in people, confidence in the strength of your work, speaks volumes. I remember, meeting her at her office to set up the paperwork, she could see I was a little drained that day because I had not walked through my home in 4yrs and it was not an excellent view, but I pushed through, it was not the way I left it. Terry helped us purchase our first house back in 2014, so when we decided to upgrade this year (2021), she was the first person we called. Our first experience with Terry was wonderful, and this time was no different. Terry has the knowledge and experience required to navigate the crazy bay area market. We were also fortunate to have Alex on our team this time around. Alex is a very hard worker and always maintains an extremely positive attitude. After our initial call, we setup a meeting with Terry to discuss how to proceed. Terry laid out the entire process for us, including how to sell our current home, explaining the contingency process and when we should start searching for a new property. Within a matter of weeks, Terry sold our home for well above list price. At this point, we started our search for a new home with the peace of mind that we were protected with our seller's contingency. Our home search took a little longer due to lack of inventory, but as soon as we found a home we liked, Terry immediately prepared and submitted our offer. We struck out on our first property when our offer was rejected, but fortunately we found another property that we liked even more. Alex turned out to be our lucky charm as this was one of three properties he showed us on a weekend. Terry was able to negotiate a competitive purchase price and knew exactly how to structure our offer to get accepted. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Terry and Alex and will be sure to come back again for a third time when it's time to sell our new home!!!
