I would have given a rating of 10 (and not just 5) if it was available. Terry Jarrouche and her team have helped me for over a year in getting my house ready for rent, renting it out, working with the tenants as the property manager, and then helping me to get the house ready for sale (sold over the asking price), helping me with purchase of other properties, etc., etc. The list goes on. Terry is very knowledgeable, very helpful, easy to work with, and wants the best for her clients. She goes out of her way to make sure all the steps are taken fully, properly, and timely. Terry helped us purchase a home in Almaden recently. She went above and beyond with the number of houses she showed us and iterating with the selling agent. I don't think she ever sleeps and is available 7 days per week -- truly always available and working. We felt like her only clients while working with her and are always greeted like family. The words can't be enough to describe Terry! We've been introduced by close friends in June and worked together until mid September. She is a brilliant realtor/broker and amazing human being. She's energetic, compassionate, non judgmental, and very approachable. Our two boys (5 & 9) became so attached to her during the process and Terry literally became part of our family and will stay this way forever! We've never came across such a hard working and dedicated person. She's worked on our behalf when we were sleeping, working, and even when we were at vacation. She helped us sell our house and buy a new one within two and a half months. She guided us through selling and buying processes. We literally did not do much except signing the paperwork and picking a house. She even wrote an offer letter for us, scheduled a photographer, inspections, and appraisals. First of all, I would call her our ANGEL. Met her accidentally at an open house. She helped us close the deal on our dream house. We are first time home buyers. She actually led us through the entire process of: 1. Writing up a neat offer letter. 2. Once our offer got accepted, clearing the appraisal and loan contingencies. 3. Helped us pick the right lender. She really has a wide and solid network of lenders. She advised us on when to lock the interest rate. 4. And finally to close the escrow. Overall, it was a pleasure working with her. She is always reachable. I have made calls to her at 10 PM and she picked up!
