The moment my husband and I met Roberta at an open house last winter we knew that she was all about truly listening to our wish list for a Naples, Florida condominium, and then provided very helpful information. After our first meeting at that open house, Roberta continued to attentively listen to our wishes even though our priorities changed as we became more informed. We only became more knowledgeable due to Roberta's keen knowledge of the market and practical advice. Roberta always went above and beyond in providing timely information and great service. The final and most important part of all of this is that Roberta helped us get the condo that we really wanted at a fair price in a competitive Naples market.

Roberta doesn't just list your home, she works to sell it! She uses the latest technology, professional photographers (with drones) and a top-notch marketing team. She will be kind, but honest when assessing your property before putting it on the market. When she feels it's needed, Roberta will suggest using a very reasonably priced professional staging service, that can take a look and give suggestions as to how to improve the marketability of your home. Whether you decide to work with a stager or not, you can count on Roberta to be at every showing to represent you and point out the unique features of the property and your community that will sell your home!

Jennifer is one of the good ones. She is well versed on the industry and takes responsibility to make sure the situation (buy or sell) is successful to her client. She was always available and quick to respond. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a qualified, dedicated, relator.

Working with Roberta Zimmerman was an absolute pleasure. Over the time it took us to find our place in Naples, she remained incredibly patient, kind, and professional. Roberta really listened to our priorities and remembered the details of what we wanted. She never once tried to upsell us or push us toward a property that wasn't a fit. Instead she used her deep experience and knowledge of the Naples market to guide us through the process. Roberta is responsive and detail-oriented, which made a potentially stressful process feel smooth. She went above and beyond in getting our place ready for closing since we live out of state--a level of service you rarely find. Roberta is very personable and easy to talk to, making the real estate purchase journey enjoyable. We highly recommend Roberta to anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent who truly cares about her clients!
