I can’t say enough great things about Tabetha! We weren’t even sure what we wanted or where we wanted to live. She paid attention to everything we said and adjusted the search more than once! She was so professional and answered all of our questions. She responded to calls and text almost immediately and I don’t think there is any question about buying a house that she couldn’t answer. 10/10 recommend!!!

I have found when using a real estate agent you really need someone that do three things well - research the market for the seller or buyer. This means getting reasonable comparisons for pricing and purchasing. It is imperative that the agent provides communication throughout the process. Not having strong communication creates worlds of problems and following through the entire process to the end of the relationship. This is the type of real estate agent, Tabetha Robison is for her clients.

Amanda has been a huge help for me and FirstBank. She has been on top of everything when I ask questions or new situations that arise in the world of manufactured homes. We will continue to work with her as long as we have homes to sell. :)

Tabetha was awesome every step of the way! Any questions that we had, she answered. Any issue that arose, she fixed very quickly. We rented the house for 7 years before buying it, and she was our property manager throughout those 7 years. We would not have wanted anyone else! We are very thankful and appreciative to have had her on our team!!

You won't go wrong using Amanda for any real estate purchase. She is very dedicated to her clients and she takes the time to understand her clients wants. After she has gathered that, you can sit back and let her do what she does best. She does not try and pressure you into a sale. She responds to correspondences well beyond hours that I would even consider. You won't feel forgotten about when you decide to make a move on a purchase. I have used Amanda for more than one real estate purchase and the service has never changed.

We wanted to buy a house and we kept looking at it online. We made an appt with Amanda and she showed us the house and a few others. We were not ready to put a contract in, so we waited several months. We did want to see several more houses so she arranged for us to do so ( with another agent ) because we asked last minute and she was out of town. We did end up buying the first house we looked at ( Amanda was AWESOME ) but she was never pushy after we looked at the first house. She did send other houses based on what we told her we were looking for. She answered every question we had quickly and always answers when we reach out. She worked well with the other realtor as well so the contract / closing went smoothly. We have dealt with alot of realtors in our lives and Amanda is defintely Top Notch !!
