We found out that our lease wouldn't be renewing on our rental home and had 90 days to find somewhere else to live. Audrey showed us multiple rental properties but nothing was working so on a whim we decided to try to purchase a home. We weren't sure if it would work out because we were nowhere near prepared to buy and had such a tight timeline. Audrey helped us find our house after last we lost two other homes due to bad title issues on the part of the seller. Audrey stepped in and recommended a mortgage broker that got us a mortgage payment only 100.00 more than our rent. Audrey negotiated a great deal, got us a better than great mortgage company and recommended truly honorable contractors for some needed repairs. We were new to the area and she made our transition so easy. The mortgage company completed our mortgage process in under 30 days. I will recommend Audrey to anyone I know. She is terrific!
