I bought my home in Aston in 2000. Brenda was the seller’s agent. At the time everything went smoothly. Twenty years later Brenda sold this same house for us for full price and in two hours. TWO HOURS! She has been our neighbor all this time and not only is she a Sweetie, she is very professional. I must have called her with a plethora of questions which she patiently answered. She never tired of my (seemingly stupid) questions. She knows the neighborhoods, the towns and happily shares that knowledge with you. Honestly, she’s like the Energizer Bunny. I would highly recommend her to anyone whether they are selling or buying, whether it be a mansion or a dog house. She instills trust and confidence throughout the real estate process.

The sale of this home was an emotional one for me. It was my aunts house who passed away suddenly earlier in the year. I’ve never sold a house but Nakeea was very helpful in my process. She worked with me as if she was helping a friend not a client. She explained everything we had to do step by step, if I had any questions or concerns at any point she was right there. My girlfriend and I were clueless at the start of this process. We were referred by a family friend and THANK GOD we were blessed to land a realtor like Brenda. She made time for us at all hours of the day even though we were both very impatient for finding our first house. If it weren't for Brenda we would of bought the first three houses we saw. She reminded us to keep looking at houses because it was our first time. It was frustrating at first but she always knew what was best for us. My boyfriend and I used Brenda Cole as our realtor when buying our first house. Because this was our first time purchasing a home, we did not know much at all about the process. Brenda really helped us understand the details and made us feel comfortable through out the entire process. What I liked most about her was how truthful she was. She did not sugar coat anything and told us the honest truth, good or bad, which is exactly what I would want in a realtor. When we first met Brenda, she asked us for three things we 100% wanted and would not settle for in a house. Along the way as she saw us begin to compromise those 3 things in fear that we would not find a better house, she took the time to personally talk to us and reassure us on what we originally said we wanted so we would not settle. Buying your first house is a big deal and can be very overwhelming, which is why we are so happy we chose Brenda as our realtor to help us on that journey. I would recommend her to all of our family and friends!
