She was always there to answer any questions I had weather it was her concern or not. She would always get me answers and had a good view on the market. I had a low budget and high expectations and she was able to bring me back to earth and find the perfect house for me and my family. We were also a day away from closing on the first house we found and on the final walk threw the neighbors sewer backed up into the house we were buying she made sure that things were gonna be taken care of made sure to talk to insurance companies and though we eventually backed out she was ontop of it all along the way. If it wasn't for her we would not have the house we ended up with she was able to work with the other realtor and got it before it even hit the market ( rare to happen but she got it done )
