From establishing a marketing plan through its execution, Brenda was top notch. Beyond the core competencies that are table stakes for a realtor, I benefitted from Benda's expereince and knowledge of the requirements of the local township regarding a real estate transfer, and her professional network of township and county workers as well as tradesmen that were all neccessary in order for our settlement date not to be delayed. As the clock ticked down, Brenda did not just call and text people, she went and found them at their desks and expedited matters that would have stretched out for many days.
