Great agent to work with!
Pat, is a wonderful agent. She went above and beyond to help us buy and sell are home. Her knowledge and expertise helped us tremendously; not only in selling are home but, also helping us to find a realtor in Brooksville so, we could purchase a home there. Guy and, I don't really know the ends and outs about real estate so, when we decided to sell are home of 26 years, Pat Comstock was the first and only realtor we trusted to sell are home. She was on top of everything and made a positive impact on how the market was for selling houses, to preparation and showing of the house, and to actually selling the house. Top Notch!
Pat is 100% all about her clients and providing nothing but the best service. From day 1 she told us the reason we should list with her was because we could expect her undivided attention. Excellent Service
Excellent service, helped prepare the home for market and it was complex due to needing an estate sale, clean up and some renovations to get max return on the home. She did A LOT up front before even getting the home on the market. This was a huge help to our family as this was an estate property

Excellent and trustworthy!
Where do I began... well I guess from the start we first contacted pat 10 years ago when we bought our first home she was amazing then and she is amazing now on our 4th there is nothing that she doesn’t think of when buying or selling a home. Which is huge when the unexpected can mean that you loose your dream home. If you are considering pat but looking around don’t keep looking just use her she is the best out there.
