Pat was not only extremely knowledgeable she was also so genuinely caring. I can't remember the last time we received such service and professionalism. Made our first home purchase an absolute pleasure. Pat led us step by step through the process. From understanding the contract when we made our offer, to helping us find an amazing title company. She had several insurance agency's that were great, a handful of really great inspectors she trusted, and even a great pest guy to make sure the house was clean. Above and beyond service!

Pat is very competent, professional and hard working
Pat is very competent, professional and hard working. She creates a detailed marketing plan for your house and implements it as presented. Pat uses a professional photographer to take pictures of your home. When your house is shown, she provides feedback the same day usually within two hours. When we received three offers in one day, Pat demonstrated her excellent negotiation skills. Pat was a pleasure to work with and made the stressful experience of selling a house as pleasant as possible. I strongly recommend hiring Pat and listening to her expertise.

Pat helped me find a perfect home
Pat helped me find a perfect home. We were looking for something that worked for my mother, myself and my teenage son, so we were looking to make three generations happy. Pat showed us many homes and convinced me to look at a home I really thought we did not want. Turns out, that was the perfect home and we are now moved in and finally unpacked. Best agent around!
Melissa is by far the best agent we have ever used. She’s extremely knowledgeable and fights for her clients. She is incredibly sweet and treats you like an old friend.
