3rd Transaction, PERFECT again!
This was my third transaction using Pat (2 sales and one purchase). For the third time, she was fabulous. Highly recommend using her as your realtor!

Melissa is family after going through this experience. She worked above and beyond during this entire process. We are soooooo thankful for her and are sad she can't be our agent where we are journeying to in Tennessee. Amazing!

She was simply the best!
Melissa was the most positive and energetic realtor I have ever had the privilege to work with! I’ve never seen someone so dedicated and driven to serve their clients! She worked days and nights (even on vacation!!) to make sure our questions were answered! She knew what needed to be done to sell our home and was quick to get us a new one! Which is a perfect house for my family and I! I would 100% recommend Melissa for all your realtor needs! She is an absolute all star!

Jim did an excellent job of guiding me through the task of selling my mother's house. His use of the on-line signatures to take care of the paperwork involved was extremely helpful considering I had a brother in Ohio and another in Pennsylvania that had to sign everything. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a skilled realtor.

PAT COMSTOCK REALTOR IS AWESOME! Just want to let everyone know about my experience selling my house in Westwood and subsequent purchase. We chose to work with Pat Comstock who lives here in Walden Lake and she was phenomenal. Her experience and finessing of a completely OCD, borderline psycho like myself was fabulous.
