I called Mr. Butler about a listing he had and was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism on the telephone that I decided to list my property with him. He listed my property on Monday and by Sunday night I had already had three showings and a contract. I might add it was a full price offer. From the time I listed the property with Tripp he had it in the MLS listings by Monday evening. He had a photographer at my house on Tuesday and the pictures were in the MLS listing on Wednesday. I had my first showing on Thursday and two other showings on Saturday. We had a full price offer and contract by Monday evening.
