Tripp’s approach is friendly and highly informed! Being new to Savannah I had no idea what places were best to live. He gave full details based on what My wife and I were looking for and when he called to follow up it wasn’t like a sales call. It was like a good friend checking in on you. He somehow made me and my wife feel like we were his only clients. He offered everything from technical answers about the market to recommending a good salon when my wife mentioned she needed a haircut. Tripp is a purposeful listener and aims to exceed your needs. He helped us appreciate the wonderful town and its history along with the many neighborhoods he showed us with patience. We ultimately bought a home in Savannah but that action spoke volumes as it quickly said he was more interested in helping us be happy in a home more than anything else. At our final walkthrough he spoke to the builder clearly wanting to make sure all areas of the home were perfect for us. His experience in home building and inspections was very evident as he pointed out things I would not have thought about.
