Cathy is someone you want in corner whether you are buying or selling. She goes beyond the extra mile for you and she stays up to date with changes of new contracts so that the process is not delayed….making it easier and very efficient at closing. She also has a lot of connections so if you are moving into an area you’re not familiar with she can help with her knowledge and she makes herself available to your needs. If there is an award for top agent she should receive it for all that she knows in the real estate industry and for all that she does to help her clients move into or out of their homes with such ease.
