I met Donna some time ago when my husband and I were considering a Cape house for our family. What a personality! We felt like, and were treated like we were her only clients. <br/><br/>We had had some idea of where we wanted to be, and it seemed like she knew about everything that had ever been built there, including the surrounding areas, and all the pros and cons of any particular street. She is very good at asking the right questions, so we never wasted time looking at things just for the sake of looking.<br/><br/>Donna foresaw every conceivable detail, and "pre-solved" glitches. In fact, my husband and I often said."Wow; that was easy." Having bought and sold quite a few houses in our time, we knew that such is rarely the case.
