We needed to move our elderly folks to an assisted living facility and needed to sell their condo in Southport. We are not local. During the move both of our parents become ill/injured and were hospitalized for an extended period. Jodi stepped in and took care of everything, the sale, inspections, coordinating with charities to empty the unit, you name it. She was a godsend and simply amazing! She went above and beyond, far exceeding all expectations. Jodi was a consummate professional and guided us thru the process during a very stressful time. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jackie was amazing before, during and after selling our home. She was knowledgeable of the current market and competition, well connected including when we had to replace our septic and was attentive. If we ever buy on the Cape again we are calling Jackie.

This market is so crazy, but Jackie managed to keep me calm, sort out options, and obtain a great price for my home. She offered a lot of help with disposing of furnishings, etc. that I will no longer need and provided great help in finding an equally talented attorney. My family and I worked with Sue and her team from the start as we searched for our very first house in Cape Cod. Sue's network and connections down the Cape are as good as you will find anywhere. Not being from the Cape, she connected us with the right bank, insurance company, and helped us network with local contractors throughout our entire process. Sue's honesty was genuine, she steered us in the right directions and kept us informed on the constant rapid changes in the market. Jodi came highly referred to me by Cape Cod 5 when I called to get a pre-qualified mortgage and boy, am I so happy they did. Once I met her, I knew why they did recommend her! She is a real joy to work with. Jodi was by my side the whole time while searching for a home on the Cape. She was always very honest, and professional and I felt she really was on my side throughout the buying process. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to anything I asked about different towns and neighborhoods during my search. In this incredibly challenging seller's market, she was always upbeat and positive, constantly saying "we'll get you something!" when my offers didn't get accepted. Her knowledge of the Cape Cod real estate market and the ins and outs of real estate business in general is excellent. Throughout my search process, Jodi always kept in constant contact with me via text, phone, and email and provided me valuable advice when I had questions about how some things in real estate worked, the process involved, and the next steps. When she showed me a house I really liked but didn't like the expected cost to fix it up, she never pressured me, she just said "You need to be comfortable with your decision, don't put an offer in if you're not". When I found a house I liked online or saw at an open house, she would immediately call the listing broker to see if she could get any additional information on the house, the neighborhood, and current sale situation for me. This was invaluable to me as it helped in my decision-making. I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone looking to buy or sell on Cape Cod. She's terrific!
