Michelle is exceptional at her job. I am skeptical about the value of a realtor with tools like zillow and others, but Michelle proved me wrong. She helped us set the right price on our home to get unbelievable traffic and masterfully walked us through the negotiation on both our purchase and sale. In the end, she would always make recommendations and then let us decide on the final plan, which worked well for all of us. We went from not even thinking about moving to in our new house in less than 2 months!

Irina is absolutely wonderful to work with! So far she has helped us purchase two houses. She is honest and is very knowledgeable. Also, she knows how to find the house you want and doesn't waste your time showing you properties that won't fit your needs. She has the ability to pinpoint the specific location you want and find you a house in that area. She is also great at keeping in touch and making sure nothing goes wrong.

Irene is willing to spend as much time as needed in the search for the "perfect" house with the customer. She is proactive, anticipating any hiccups from the other side and reaching out to the other party's agent to avoid possible issue. Her response time is minimal - you can expect your phone call returned within an hour, no matter how late (reasonably!) you call her. I bought two properties with Irene's help in last 15 years and I will certainly contact her again if I need another real-estate transaction in a future. I will strongly recommend her to anybody.
