We were very pleased with Michelle's exceeding level of knowledge and professionalism and solution driven approach she always took to ensure the process of selling and purchasing went smoothly and to our satisfaction. Michelle is exceptional at her job. I am skeptical about the value of a realtor with tools like zillow and others, but Michelle proved me wrong. She helped us set the right price on our home to get unbelievable traffic and masterfully walked us through the negotiation on both our purchase and sale. In the end, she would always make recommendations and then let us decide on the final plan, which worked well for all of us. We went from not even thinking about moving to in our new house in less than 2 months!

My wife and I gave Michelle a list of must haves and a general area for our new home. We were moving back to the north metro Atlanta area from Indiana because of health reasons and having family here. We needed to find a place quickly,we started the search in late Dec. 2011.Michelle took us to see a few homes that mostly fit our want list,we settled on one of them. Michelle was not only able to negotiate a more than fair price,she was able to move the closing process along in a very timely manor. We closed on 2/14/12.
