Carolyn Grimaldi is a remarkable and outstanding real estate agent! Her thoroughness and honesty invited us to trust her opinion. She was generous with her time and worked exceptionally hard for us because we were buying from out of town. She was extremely thorough in her evaluation of each place, noticing things that we would not think to look at. She was honest with us about her opinion of properties. She had the courage to point out major problems at one subdivision, even though we were quite interested in purchasing there. Once we settled on our choice, (a different subdivision and builder) Carolyn invested an extensive amount of time and energy to evaluate the subdivision, and quality of the properties being built, again giving us her honest feedback on how different floor plans and homesites would best meet our wants and needs. She even put together a spreadsheet that was quite helpful in working with the builder. Carolyn negotiated for us with the builder to help us get blinds and upgraded flooring. Her guidance in choosing options for the home was extremely helpful. Carolyn stopped by our homesite numerous times while it was being built and sent pictures so we could share in the progress. She was excited for us and with us and even gave us a thoughtful gift at our closing. With Carolyn's guidance, we have purchased a home that we love in a community that we love. Through this journey we have come to consider Carolyn a dear friend. We hold Carolyn in the highest regard and recommend her with the highest compliments for her excellent service!

Carolyn was so helpful in finding a new home for my mother-in-law. She listened to and understood her needs and presented a number of options. Once we decided to make the offer, she did a great job of negotiating with the seller on the price, as well as requested repairs. Once the contract was accepted, she did a great job of working with us to get the necessary information to the closing attorney and helped us resolve last minute issues in order to have a smooth closing. Mrs. Richards was an absolute joy to work with we call her our "Fairy Realtor Mother". Our family had been thrown into a situation where we had about 30 days to buy a home due to the pandemic we had decided to continue renting and our landlord was forced to sell the property due to finances and gave us a 30-day notice to leave. That really set the ball rolling with a strong determination to not rent but own something of our own we reached out to Mrs. Richards who came highly recommended. With her knowledge of the industry and really understanding our wants and needs, we were able to find the home we couldn't have dreamt of finding in the area we thought we could not afford in a little over 30 days. We thank her for her attention to detail and for sticking in there with us, making away of what seemed to be in no way possible.
