Mrs. Richards was an absolute joy to work with we call her our "Fairy Realtor Mother". Our family had been thrown into a situation where we had about 30 days to buy a home due to the pandemic we had decided to continue renting and our landlord was forced to sell the property due to finances and gave us a 30-day notice to leave. That really set the ball rolling with a strong determination to not rent but own something of our own we reached out to Mrs. Richards who came highly recommended.
