I am in the perfect home for me, thanks to Caroline. It was an almost impossible market (March, 2022). There were so few houses in the areas and price range for me, yet she was quick to get early viewings when one hit the market. This was key for getting into the mix early. I hadn’t had any real estate dealings in several years, and never in Florida. She was there for every step of my journey, and I couldn’t have done it without her knowledge and experience. From the very first Christopher amazed me with his plan. He basically held my hand the entire time and kept me calm and informed. His communication was excellent, called or text me immediately with news and info. If I messaged/called him his response time was usually immediate or at least to let me know he received my msg and would either answer it right then or advise he would research it and get back to me. Which he ALWAYS did. Absolutely top notch and on point. From drones taking pictures to making everything just right for showings he was available and present throughout. There's no one else I would recommend.

Carolyn was able to hone in on numerous properties which fit my qualifications. She listened carefully and patiently to my needs and produced results in a professional manner. Always prepared to visit more properties, she was able to point out the benefits and deficits of each. Paperwork involved with making offers and final closing was all handled by Carolyn quickly and efficiently. She made my search for a property easy and I now own a condo that I love. Jessica has been a joy to work with through my St. Pete home sale process.
