From the very first Christopher amazed me with his plan. He basically held my hand the entire time and kept me calm and informed. His communication was excellent, called or text me immediately with news and info. If I messaged/called him his response time was usually immediate or at least to let me know he received my msg and would either answer it right then or advise he would research it and get back to me. Which he ALWAYS did. Absolutely top notch and on point. From drones taking pictures to making everything just right for showings he was available and present throughout. There's no one else I would recommend.

Christopher did a great job for us when we recently purchased a few properties in Tampa and St Petersburg. He was very professional, easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Overall we are very happy with Christopher. Even after the sales he has continued to help with tasks and coordinating services.
