Noelle was very attentive and helped us pivot and navigate the home search as needed. She was highly responsive and very quick to book viewings. I felt heard and prioritized. As a first time buyer in this state Noelle walked alongside side us until the very last step! So pleased to have found our home! I highly recommend the support of Noelle and Angie Morris team!!

Excellent experience! I would give all the stars if I could. They are truly experts in real estate and particularly Pinellas county. Believe me you need an expert here with all the things that are unique to this area. Florida and Pinellas county are not easy to navigate when it comes to real estate you need experienced realtors to this area. They know all the different neighborhoods, all the tricky regulations and partner with quality people when needed. We wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Noelle lined up a busy weekend full of showings when we flew in for a weekend of “just exploring”. She clearly heard us on our priorities and helped coach us on a wide range of options. She was prepared and contentiousness of our time and budget. In addition- she made the remote process a breeze by meeting with the inspector and walk- through before we relocated from out of state. We consider Noelle a friend now as she was truly invested in our success.

Anton's adept negotiation skills and keen eye for value recently led to the acquisition of a remarkable deal on a brand-new Lennar home. From the initial stages of the home-buying process to the final signatures on the contract, Anton's expertise shone brightly, ensuring an outcome that exceeded expectations. One of Anton's standout qualities was his ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved. He forged a strong rapport with the sales representative at Lennar, fostering a relationship built on mutual respect and transparency. Through open dialogue and a collaborative approach, Anton skillfully negotiated terms that favored our best interests. Moreover, Anton's attention to detail was second to none. He meticulously reviewed every aspect of the home purchase agreement, ensuring that all specifications were met and any potential issues were addressed promptly. His thoroughness not only instilled confidence but also safeguarded against future complications. He also recommended an amazing inspector that did such a good job compared to other inspectors we used in the past. In the end, Anton's efforts culminated in a deal that far exceeded initial expectations. Not only did he secure a favorable price for the new build Lennar home, but he also negotiated additional perks and incentives, further enhancing the value of the investment. His success serves as a testament to the power of diligence, expertise, and strategic negotiation in the realm of real estate. Thank you Anton!

I was selling this home in Mainlands after the death of the owner, who was a close friend. I had never been through this type of home sale before, and Jim's experience allowed him to be very helpful. He guided me through the process, and answered a LOT of questions as we went along. I would definitely recommend Jim for anyone faced with an estate/probate home sale.

During the process of looking at homes all around Tampa Bay, we learned several interesting facts about different neighborhoods and the history of the area. Lisa took the time to help us compare many options and really focused on what we were looking for. The home we ultimately chose was the perfect ending to our search. Thank you, Lisa!!!

I have worked with Anton now for both the purchase and sale of 2 homes. Extremely professional and knows his market. Always answers his phone for any questions or concerns. But more importantly, he will go the extra mile to make the impossible happen. I was convinced I would not be able to sell my property as there were multiple issues beyond our control. He was able to get it done despite there being issues with expired permits and a recent flood. He will be my realtor for life and will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We were so fortunate to have worked with Jessica in buying our new home in Harbor Isle! From the beginning of our search, Jessica always responded quickly and effectively to our messages and phone calls. She was able to help us get the first tour of our home, and quickly draw up an offer once we knew it was the right one. Her guidance was greatly appreciated as she helped us navigate through the entire process. She helped line up all of the inspections, and was always present to ensure that everything was completed properly. She also came equipped with plenty of resources for every aspect of our home. We couldn't be happier with our overall experience with Jessica and we'd highly recommend her to our friends and family for their real estate needs.

Lee was simply the best. She entertained our every need in the home buying process and when we thought we would never find anything she kept our spirits up insisting there is a house out there to meet our needs and eventually there was. Thanks so much Lee.
