Sean was great to work with! Initially I was reluctant to work with a realtor but Sean made me glad I did! He took away the stress that comes with selling your home by being incredibly efficient, kind and supportive and never made me feel pressured when decisions needed to be made. Not only did I save money but was also able to journey through the selling process with confidence while relying on Sean’s knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend him!!

We were able to sell our non-typical property for our area in a timely manner. I know this is due to all the exposure our listing had thru Simply Better Realty. We had tried previously to list it ourselves, but had no luck. The service we received was top notch in every way!

Sean did an excellent job for us. He went above and beyond; he even cleaned the floors before showings because we weren't around as we'd already moved. He was super sharp in the negotiating and closing process. I'd recommend anyone looking to sell their house contact Sean.
