Sean excels at calmly and confidently taking you from seeing as many houses that match your ideal to doing the final inspection and not batting an eye when you as again what a sump pump is for( not original from Iowa). If there was a possibility to give a six star rating, I’d do it. The level of service through Simply Better Realty was exceptional on every level. From punctuality, response, and attention to detail, Sean was the consummate professional. The initial meeting explained SBR’s services in detail, which is amazing in itself.
