Sean knows what he is doing and always follows through! He helped us navigate many good offers on our house and we made more than expected! We had some communication issues with our buyers' realtor, but Sean worked to get the information we needed. We would use Sean again or recommend him to anyone!

I felt like Sean made every day count to get my house sold ,had information and feed back to share with me whether it was negative or positive I wanted to be kept in the loop on the process and he did that . He also took all my concerns in a genuine matter and was caring .

Sean reached out with confidence he could deliver on the sale of our home and get use our asking price! Sean sure delivered on his end! During the entire process of it he and his team were very professional and committed to getting the sale made. The entire process was stress free and very well organized as well. We are very happy with our decision to bring him on board and would recommend him to anyone else looking to list their home.

Best Agent! Sean was amazing to work with. He knew our market well, and yet was able to incorporate our knowledge and feelings about the market into our game plan. He was always available for questions and he negotiated well to get us the best deal! We were able to get the home sold the first weekend we had it on the market. There were multiple offers and we were able to get a good price. Sean has a professional team made it simple from start to finish. When we had a snag in the middle of the closing process, Sean was able to jump in and get things back on track with almost no impact to our budget while still closing on time. I highly recommend Simply Better Realty. It’s simply better.
