I can't begin to express how much I have appreciated Laura while selling our home. We had been considering selling for about a year and finally decided to get serious, but knew we would need some help with the how odd the market has been. Laura came to our house and walked us through some basics on the current housing market and trends she had been seeing to help us get a better understanding. The feedback and guidance she gave on how to prepare the house to sell and what needed to be focused on most was very helpful and made the pictures and showings much easier in the end. I am so thankful for her experience on how to navigate the offers we received as well as the delayed occupancy so we would be able to find a new home. She was calm and collected while we talked through different options and answered many questions on how the process works and next steps. I am so thankful for all of the time she spent talking to us and her flexibility on scheduling calls and walkthroughs to make us more comfortable. We will be calling her in the future to help us navigate any future real estate sales/purchases.

Laura stayed to the grindstone even though we lost a Buyer . She brought skilled people to further prep the house before putting it on the market . Actually did some repairs herself . She kept the communication loop open and was always available when questions arrised . She maintained an ethical attitude , giving great tips in what paperwork we should keep and emphisized that we should disclose what ever serious problems we had to deal with in our home with all appropriate paperwork to back it . Laura maintained commonsense pricing of the property based on the market and presented related material discussed with her collegues to help us understand where we were in the market and how to price to sell without having to sit on the property for an extended period of time . We ended up selling for a higheer price in the end .... Laura's services were much apprieciated ! She definitly made an effort to get the best that she could for a sale ... I would not hesitate to call on her for real estate services in the future .

Greg is an excellent realtor! We had the most positive experience with him, and would hands down use him again or refer to any friends/family. He is the consummate professional. He communicates timely and effectively, he is always punctual (usually early), and is always willing to go above and beyond. We looked for our home for about a year, off and on. Greg was never pushy, and wanted us to find the house that was right for us. When it came time to writing an offer and going through escrow, I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else. Greg went to bat for us, while at the same time maintaining an excellent working relationship with the seller’s agent. He continued to have our backs after the sale of the home as well. We cannot recommend Greg enough!
