Karen recently helped us sell some property and then invest in a new house. Through each part of the transaction, Karen was with us. She had contacted the right people to prepare all of the necessary documents and made it easy for us. Even after the house was officially ours, she was there to help us when a delivery service accidentally damaged a wall. She gave us the name and number of an excellent handyman who was able to repair the damage to make the house new again. Even two months later, Karen contacts us to see if everything is all right. Karen has helped us and our family members with several real estate transactions over the past 15 years and we will sing her praise to anyone needing a realtor. It was great working with Adriana! She had great recommendations for many things I had no clue where to even start at. She was very determined in helping us secure a home. From the beginning, her communication was great! With letting us know she would be out of town, although it wouldn't affect us, she still let us know. That just means a lot and makes you actually feel seen. Seeing homes/ scheduling was very easy quick . Throughout this whole process Adriana was very sharp, especially even after we selected a home. She stayed by our side until the very end and made sure we got a home that was not flawed or needed repairs. The attention to detail she has is VERY appreciated especially when your at the end of the process and you can't really think anymore. She's got you! From now on I will be referring individuals to Adriana as she is a realtor that really cares for the people she is helping. We came to Joni needing help to list my father's property and home of 41 years for sale. Never selling a house personally the whole process was pretty daunting to me.
