Jay Graski was amazing to work with. Our sale was continually extended, due to the buying party. Jay was always in contact with both sides, got our questions answered as soon as possible, and gave us options when choices were available. Jay let us know all updates as soon as he was notified. We will work with Jay again when we sell our next property in Las Vegas.

Beyond that, he gave us printouts detailing all the comps, financial considerations including potential rental income, HOA fees, taxes, etc. to assist in making our selection if the best property for us.
