I had my Co-op listed for about 18 months with two other Realtors before signing on with Dorrie. Four months later I was signing a contract for the sale. Co-ops require an extra amount of work for the Agent and Dorrie never flinched. She just dug right in and helped with most everything needed to complete the sale!

I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate Janice and her partner Susan. They patiently and graciously helped me purchase my first home in Patchogue last year. It's a 2 bedroom co-op and the process for board approval took longer than expected but they were there every step of the way.
