Fern helped us sell our home as well as purchase a condo in our area. She was very knowledgeable about selling our home at the "right price" and it sold quickly. Warren is a true professional. from the time he walked into our home to discuss selling our home and that of my father in laws I knew that he was the one to go with. we had already interviewed a couple of other agents and were not sure what to do. Warren had good ideas and did not want us to spend a lot of money fixing up the houses. Bottom line he managed to sell both houses in a little under 3 weeks. I felt he priced them right. did the correct advertising and got a lot of potential buyers to see the house. I would definitely recommend him to sell your home

I would recommend Dorrie for either selling or buying a home. She helped me sell my Co-op apartment at 6 Hemlock Ct. in Selden, NY. I had my Co-op listed for about 18 months with two other Realtors before signing on with Dorrie. Four months later I was signing a contract for the sale. Co-ops require an extra amount of work for the Agent and Dorrie never flinched. She just dug right in and helped with most everything needed to complete the sale!
