Elise helped us purchase a house in Glendale. Our daughter is going to start at Midwestern University, and we happen to see a house very close to the campus on Zillow. I responded to Zillow and she called me back within a couple hours. Her phone approach was very thorough and complete, so I felt comfortable scheduling our cousins to tour the house with her the next day. They met with her and felt very comfortable as well. We made an offer on the house shortly there after. She had a very seasoned approach to negotiating the offer, so we got the house at a fair price. We actually did not meet Elise in person until about a month after the house closed.
