Ilene was the perfect agent for our family. We are from the east coast and she knew everything about her area. She treated us like family. We could not imagine having a better experience finding our home. We have a 4 year old who went to every home with us. This might be a challenge to some, but Ilene handling our son perfectly. Where do I even start as the words I write here will fail to adequately convey the tremendous job Ilene did for my husband and I. We contacted Ilene when we knew we’d be relocating from Iowa so from the start she was faced with that extra challenge since we were not familiar with Arizona. This was my first time buying a house and I had no idea what any part of the process entailed. Elise was very thorough and honest with me from the start, and was never pushy. She found the perfect house for me and walked me through every step of the way and immediately took care of any issues that came up. I felt like I had a personal assistant rather an a realtor because she was that attentive and helpful. I could text her at any time of the day and she would be on it. Elise also has great connections with excellent inspectors, brokers, handymen, painters, and pool guys.
