Elise did a great job of listing my house and helping me to sell it within 30 days. I had a tough timelines to work with and she managed to inspect and create a remodel plan, list and sell it - Yes all of these within 30 days. She is very professional and meticulous in her execution. No deadlines and milestones were missed. We were stuck in the process of completing a purchase that was not going to be completed in time. Elise stepped up, to suggest we work with her people. Which got it done in a timely matter, we are still overwhelmed that it was completed on time and the purchase was made.

Elise is the absolute all-around best at what she does. I knew Elise from my frequent stops around open houses; however, I ended-up falling under the influence of a friend, and initially chose another realtor. The other realtor applied the “list it and leave it” stranglehold, and there sat my listing for six solid months. Going with Elise was the best decision ever made. Elise is an expert and knew how to handle every issue. There were problems, and Elise handled each with aplomb. Elise is a master when it comes to negotiation.
