This was a house flip that was a first time experience for me. Elise negotiated very favorable terms on the buy side based on her knowledge of the Westbrook Village area (Peoria) and the comparisons to other homes in the area. She also was extremely knowledgable in helping me decide the scope of the renovations I needed to do to the house to command top dollar in the current market. She provided me references of high quality reliable contractors to do some the large renovation work and helped me make some on the fly decisions that always come up when doing a renovation project to keep it on schedule. Once the renovations were finished, she set-up an open house after beautifully staging the inside and it was sold that day above the asking price. The whole experience took only about 100 days from purchase, renovation and sale. Could not have done it without her expert help.
