Chuck MacMillin was extraordinarily helpful to my family and me in selling an inherited house on Cape Cod. Although we didn't know where to begin Chuck came to our rescue with invaluable advice and support every step of the way. The house needed considerable work before it could be put on the market. Not living on the Cape we were clueless about who could help us with what needed to be done. Chuck researched and arranged an army of plumbers, carpenters, cleaners, landscapers, stagers and you name it for us, all of whom turned out to be competent and honest while charging reasonable rates. Chuck graciously represented us on the many occasions that distance prevented our participation. Through all of this Chuck was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, honest and a pleasure to work with. While we had not met Chuck before this began, working with Chuck was like working with an old friend. From beginning to end Chuck performed above and beyond our expectations. Once the house was ready to go on the market Chuck found a buyer on the first day who paid more than our asking price. I would enthusiastically and unhesitatingly recommend Chuck to friends, family or anyone else looking to buy or sell a house on Cape Cod.

Chuck handled the buying process for us while we were living in Dubai. We made a single visit to the Cape in October by which time he had already helped us narrow down the options from about 40 potent properties to around 8 -- prior to our arrival. At this point we then did final review viewings in situ. This process was made easier and expedited because Chuck provided maps, school information, floor plans etc, we were given a lot of very detailed information prior to arriving at each house. He answered all our queries promptly. Once we had decided on the property, he helped us through the whole bid/offer process until negotiations were completed and we closed on the house in December 2012.<br/><br/>His assistance with additional matters, many post-sale (collecting mail, organising oil deliveries etc.) before we moved into the property in July 2013 was second to none. Over a year after we bought the property, Chuck came through again, when he acted as sponsor for my MA Driving Test in February 2014, almost 18 months after we first met!<br/><br/>All I can say is that the five star review is more than justified!

We were first introduced to Chuck in the Spring of 2009, when we were considering relocating to Cape Cod from Fairfield County in CT. We didn't decide which area or house we wanted to purchase until the Autumn of 2010. Chuck was so patient with us during those times, he kept in touch with us regularly by phone, email, internet, etc. He was and felt like our extended family. We highly recommend Mr. MacMillin for your sale/purchase of your property and we know personally that he will be there for you, anytime, up to and including the closing.
