Chuck MacMillin was extraordinarily helpful to my family and me in selling an inherited house on Cape Cod. Although we didn't know where to begin Chuck came to our rescue with invaluable advice and support every step of the way. The house needed considerable work before it could be put on the market. Chuck handled the buying process for us while we were living in Dubai. We made a single visit to the Cape in October by which time he had already helped us narrow down the options from about 40 potent properties to around 8 -- prior to our arrival. At this point we then did final review viewings in situ. This process was made easier and expedited because Chuck provided maps, school information, floor plans etc, we were given a lot of very detailed information prior to arriving at each house. He answered all our queries promptly. Once we had decided on the property, he helped us through the whole bid/offer process until negotiations were completed and we closed on the house in December 2012.<br/><br/>His assistance with additional matters, many post-sale (collecting mail, organising oil deliveries etc.) before we moved into the property in July 2013 was second to none. We were first introduced to Chuck in the Spring of 2009, when we were considering relocating to Cape Cod from Fairfield County in CT.
