•Margie, is awesome! I came into this not knowing much about home ownership. That led to a lot of worry and also some panic... as the things you don't know about come with prices that you just cannot anticipate. It's expensive to buy a home and the thought of the single biggest purchase in my life not being a good choice nearly froze me in place. Margie is good at calming your anxieties about this process because she has a world of knowledge and is good at explaining things from the structural side of a home to the financial side of a home... she also knows how to work with people who worry too much. She's also good at steering you clear of the bad choices. I'm very glad I listened to her because now I wake up each morning in a beautiful older home. And I clearly understand the things I need to do make sure that my 78 year old home one day becomes a 100 year old home. And even with that process, Margie is still helpful. Whatever you need done on your house... well Margie knows someone who can do it for a reasonable price.
