Margie, is awesome! I came into this not knowing much about home ownership. That led to a lot of worry and also some panic... as the things you don't know about come with prices that you just cannot anticipate. She's also good at steering you clear of the bad choices. I'm very glad I listened to her because now I wake up each morning in a beautiful older home. And I clearly understand the things I need to do make sure that my 78 year old home one day becomes a 100 year old home. And even with that process, Margie is still helpful. Whatever you need done on your house... well Margie knows someone who can do it for a reasonable price.
