Dave was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I started looking for a home well over a year ago living nearly 1,000 miles away. That’s right, 1,000 miles. On Christmas Eve I had asked Dave to video a walkthrough at his earliest convenience, Dave had it before dark, the same day! Yes, he worked on Christmas Eve. He’s driven us many of miles whenever we could make it to town to view homes. We can honestly call Dave a personal friend now with all the time we’ve spent through correspondence and personal enter action. We will recommend Dave to anybody that’s looking to buy or sell. Very knowledgeable, personable and very down to earth man that actually listens to your likes and dislikes.

From start to finish Laurie Ann Truluck was professional but most of all personal. Per our request, before selling our home, she came out to take a look at our property to help us determine what renovations should be made to make it a desirable purchase. Once all renovations were complete, pictures were made and a for sale sign went up in the yard. Laurie Ann reassured us that with the renovations we made, our house would not be on the market for long, and she was right. After only two days, we had a buyer. Throughout the sale, we encountered a few unexpected obstacles, but Laurie Ann was in constant communication with the buyer’s agent and us. She was diligent with keeping us informed and helping us navigate the situation. She always made herself available to communicate with us whether it be by phone, text or email, and her responses were always timely. Her goal for us was to make this experience as easy as possible and she did. If ever buying or selling another home, Laurie Ann will be the first one we call.
