We’re extremely happy with the home we purchased and couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Chris. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond for us, including making multiple trips to provide walkthrough videos and taking the time to make sure we fully understood each step along the way. Our situation came with a few curveballs, and Chris handled them calmly and professionally, helping keep everything on track. Chris and his wife Michelle helped me to sell my late father's home. They were recommended by one of my dad's friends. I live 1,200 miles away, and I contacted Chris before my dad's estate entered probate, he enthusiastically agreed to assist with the sale when I was ready. When I met Chris to get the house listed, he gave me an accurate assessment of the current market conditions and gave a market based pricing recommendation. In addition to the interior and exterior photos of the house, Chris also took a number of views using drone - which provided a unique perspective of the home and provided a good feel for the surrounding neighborhood. Chris communicated traffic and market based pricing suggestions regularly. Chris and Michelle helped navigate some unique aspects of this sale: My father's car was still in the garage, and Chris took pictures and a video of the vehicle, which helped me to market the car remotely. When an overzealous HOA president decided that the driveway needed pressure washing - Chris took care of it. When a prospective buyer needed to find a lender - Michelle was relentless in her search. Michelle also solicited multiple bids from local electricians when a house insection revealed that the electrical panel needed replacement. When I selected an electrician, Chris made sure he was available to allow the electrician into the house. When a power drunk appraiser insisted on an unnecessary sensor - Chris installed it. They also gracefully dealt with complaints from neighbors re suspect landscaping maintenance provided by a third party contracted by the mortgage company. They also very professionally nudged a suddenly recalictrant sibling to proceed with the closing on the house. I give Chris and Michelle my highest recommendation, and truly appreciate the over and above assistance they provided to me and my family.

After losing so much time with other real estate agents who signed you up and did nothing, Chris and Michelle, true professionals, handled everything in the preparation, marketing and sale of our equine property in a challenging market. They stayed in touch, recruited other real estate professionals with masterful open houses and marketing, guided us through every step. We had high hopes and they constantly exceeded expectations. They managed the details, came up with creative solutions, and never rested until our property sold in a win-win with buyers and sellers. Our only regrets is all the time we wasted with other "flashy" realtors and the cost of not getting the farm sold. Chris & Michelle delivered great results for us and for my in-laws. They sold their house at a higher than expected price the first week in a crowded market with competition from cheaper, lower quality new construction in the neighborhood. They are problem solvers and opportunity creators through best practices, hard work and dedication to their craft and their clients. Highly Recommend!!

Andrea has gone above and beyond any realtor I have worked with. We are moving to Florida from another state and she has told us about the soil and well/septic. Things that are different from the Midwest. She even watered our lawn till we were able to close on our other house in Illinois. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a true pleasure to work with.
