Laurie Ann can read between the lines. We wanted to be in historic downtown Ocala and we were willing (and excited) to love a historical home. However, we currently own in the historical district out of state and we were complaining about all the maintenance that comes along with all that charm. She highly recommended we take another look at a new construction project that would offer less maintenance. Seamless transactions, joy, excitement, and direction. We would not have found this opportunity without her and we are oh so grateful.

Deborah Sumey. What can we say? We have known Deborah for 17 years yet had never worked with her. Her style is different than most realtors. When she says something, she means it. We decided to list our home and give the market a try. We agreed on a listing price and then Deborah helped us stage our home. We move some excess furniture out the way and left for 2 months. She warned us that all of a sudden things would happen, and was she ever right. The showings came one after the other and after 2 months Deborah called us and said we had a buyer with an offer. We worked with her late that evening and the next day we had an agreement. We came home and started to pack. Her encouragement and faith was awesome and she really cared about us and our desires. Deborah has become such a great friend to the two of us and has helped us at every turn. I cannot recommend anyone other than Deborah Sumey if you want to get it done. She is a do-er. Laurie Ann Truluck and Kristy Nolasco were absolute stars for us and our transaction. We previously lived in Ocala, moved out of state and were now moving back to the Ocala area. We contacted Laurie Ann pretty far in advance to start looking at houses, and while they could have said it was too early or put us on a back burner, neither Laurie Ann nor Kristy ever even flinched and immediately went to work for us. They never made us feel like they were disinterested or like we were being an inconvenience even though it was well in advance of us having the ability to purchase a house or move. Then when we did find the home we wanted is when they really shined. They checked in often, they answered all of our questions in a reasonable amount of time and they gave us all the confidence that we were working with true professionals. Truth be told I know of other realtors in the area from our time living there before, but I would never recommend anyone else over Laurie Ann and/or Kristy. I don’t know when we will have to move again, but if or when the time comes Laurie Ann and Kristy will absolutely be our first call.
