Laurie Ann is amazing realtor. She does things to help you sell your home that you would not even think about. She takes control. She works with you every day as a seller to make sure you are doing the right things to secure the sale of your home. She works 24-7 for you until the total sale is finished. I chose her as I have other people that are a part of my life that she had done the same thing for to help them close on their home. To sum it up, she is totally an amazing woman and I would recommend her to anyone that is serious about selling their home.

I was so happy having her as an agent. The sale of this property had several challenges. My mother had moved out and there were many challenges. There was furniture and other household furnishings that had to be cleared. A cleaning crew also had to be hired. I was also in New York and could not help or supervise the situation. Kelly handled everything. She gave me suggestions as to who to hire to set the house up for market. She also stepped in to deal with the paperwork required at closing. Everything went smoothly, but only because of her knowledge of the area and her professional skills. Thank you so much!

Lorna was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We started looking in Ocala, and she found our property we bought quickly. When we found our home, there was already one more offer on it and they were going to decide that weekend. Lorna and her associate agent helped with the deal between the current owners and us to make a quick and painless deal. Lorna was up with us working on our offer into the early morning hours. They helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted her a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Lorna and her colleagues, who were all involved to assist with this deal have a wealth of knowledge and unique viewpoints. Our agent from where we came gets credit for finding Ms Truluck’s agency. Upon our meeting, identifying our needs, Laurie Ann went well beyond the norm. Since among other facts of finding us the perfect house, she knew from our meetings of our needs to make our choice into our ‘home”. I could list many things but the little facts became major helpful decisions. Contacts of reliable service agents as painters, landscapers, plumbers … an unlimited list that covered many trades. We asked many questions and she had “many answers”! I could write a book on her attributes as a real estate agent but look no further … you have the best! George Alford, Jr. met my real estate needs in so many ways. I was selling a residential lot for an estate in Ocala; I live in Texas. I selected George after researching several agents and sending several emails. I was fortunate that he responded. Without my asking, he tramped through the heavily weeded lot, took pictures and reported back. I knew the lot was in bad shape, but his images and research helped us decide on a purchase price, list it and sell it within a few days. Being a professional in Florida, he was knowledgeable about the state's laws (versus Texas laws), especially when we ran into liens on the property. He smoothly advised me on contacts with the code enforcement office and closing with the title company. In other situations, as executor of this estate, it has been trying and frustrating; this was a far smoother experience than I expected. Thank you so much, George!
