Nancy gave us a fair market analysis, which we used to list our selling price. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional. The online listing was professionally done. Her communication and response throughout the process was always prompt. We had so many ups and downs in the selling process we could not have managed ourselves. If it wasn't for Nancy, the deal would have probably fell through. It helped to have an experienced real estate agent to deal with the buyer's and their agent. We highly recommend Nancy, and would definitely list with her again.

Shelia explains the process, makes suggestions and answers your questions. Prior to placing your listing on all the right web sites including MLS, Homes. Com Realtor.com and Zillow she has a professional photographer take pictures for the listing. This really makes your home stand out. Pricing is discussed as well as the wording for the listing. I was fortunate that my home sold, for full asking price, on the first day of the listing. Shelia continued her excellent service throughout the contract process as well as the closing process. She kept me informed every step of the way. She is far superior to many realtors I have known both personally and professionally over the years. Finally, by the time you are done with the process, Shelia has become a friend. She can relate to people and their needs.
