Not only was he knowledgeable when it came to the local area, but he had a lot of information about houses in general, and was able to answer any questions we had. One of the rare people you trust immediately after meeting. He is no nonsense, straightforward, easy going, and above all a real nice guy. I have never worked with an agent in the Ocala area who is as efficient as Shannon.
