From the beginning I thought she was a good person, especially when I told her that I was working with a realtor from On Top of the World for new construction. A week or two later I contacted Shannon to help me find an existing house for sale. It was not easy but I put in four different offers that were not accepted. She was very encouraging and managed to understand how I was feeling. Finally my offer was accepted and she was great at guiding me through financing process.
